Aerial Yoga Private Session

Service Description

Whether wanting play time with a friend on the swings, customized stretches for your unique muscular imbalances, or a chance to try an inversion to see if it is right for you and your spine- this 60 minutes with a seasoned yoga educator and aerial yoga specialist is right for you! For couples, a 75 minute session ($135) is utilized to accommodate different body types and needs. Play with the swing and learn what movements and modifications are best for you (or for two). Inversion instructions may be requested as well as poses designed for specific limitations due to injury or impairment. Students with PD and other challenges may find that the fabric gives them stability and decreased spasticity. If you are there to treat your mind, body and spirit, ask for a guided mediation as well.
