Service Description
Low and Slow! All levels and ages enjoy the silky slow, mindful movements low to the ground, allowing the swing to cradle and support you. Poses flow as you focus on movements that create gentle mobility and body awareness. Mindfulness techniques and guided meditation/śavāsana in the hammock included! For a limited time this class is DONATION BASED. $25 Rate normally.
