Debut: Suspension Yoga for KIDS!

Service Description

Small class size! Kids ages 8-15 get to experience fun yoga poses and a variety of movement in the swing. Yoga experience is not required. Breath and calm techniques included at the end of class. Parents are welcome to watch or catch lunch at Kuba while they wait. Class time: Noon-1PM. Instructor is a retired Pediatric Physical Therapist with 24 years experience of teaching yoga to all levels and all ages. List of contraindications to be read and waiver to be signed by parent.
